Heritage Flats is designated as affordable housing and follows the income threshold guidelines set by the City of Edmonton.
The maximum annual income is below to rent a unit at Heritage Flats. Please note that these will be reevaluated annually.Â

“Person” is one individual who is occupying the suite. Please contact us if you have any questions.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Surface Parking rates range from $35-$100/month. There is no underground parking at Heritage Flats.
We allow cats and dogs with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus a monthly pet rent of $25/month for cats and $50/month for dogs.
All dogs need to pass a pet interview before being approved.
Heat is included in the rent.
